The Deal Room
A 4-week, small-group program where I teach you exactly how I’ve evaluated hundreds of deals and closed over a dozen acquisitions through a public company. Not theory. Not a course. A working system.
Founding cohort pricing — 60% off
One-time payment. Full access to all four sessions, recordings, templates, and community. Price increases after this cohort.
Acquisitions Closed
Deals Evaluated
Portfolio Revenue
Blended Multiple
Four weeks. One acquisition skill set.
Finding and Filtering Deals
Where to source deals, how to build a pipeline, and the filters I use to discard 95% of opportunities in under 5 minutes. You’ll leave with a working deal-flow system, not a theoretical framework.
Valuation and Financial Analysis
How to read financials like a buyer, not a spectator. SDE vs. EBITDA vs. owner cash flow. Where sellers hide problems. How to build a valuation model that protects your downside.
Due Diligence
The questions that actually matter, the ones brokers won’t tell you to ask, and how to structure DD so you don’t waste months on a deal that was never going to close. I’ll share the exact checklist I use.
Negotiation, Closing, and Day One
LOI structure, deal terms that protect you, how to negotiate without torching the relationship, and what to do on day one after closing. I’ll walk through real deals I’ve closed, including what I’d do differently.
Everything you need. Nothing you don’t.
4x 90-Minute Live Sessions
Weekly deep-dives on Zoom. Not lectures. Working sessions where we break down real deals together.
Office Hours
Bring your live deals, valuation questions, or DD concerns. I’ll work through them with you in real time.
Private Community
25 serious buyers in one group. Share deal flow, ask questions, get feedback from people on the same path.
Templates and Frameworks
LOI templates, DD checklists, valuation spreadsheets, and deal evaluation scorecards. The actual tools I use.
Lifetime Access
All session recordings, templates, and community access. Use them when you’re ready, not on my schedule.
Real Deal Teardowns
Not hypotheticals. I’ll walk through actual deals I’ve closed, including what went wrong and what I’d change.
Dom Wells
CEO, Onfolio Holdings
I didn’t learn acquisitions from a book. I learned by doing them.
I’m the CEO of Onfolio Holdings, a publicly traded company on the Nasdaq. We’ve closed over a dozen acquisitions at a blended 3-4x multiple, building a portfolio that does $11M+ in annualized revenue.
Before Onfolio, I built and sold online businesses for over a decade. I’ve evaluated hundreds of deals across content sites, agencies, SaaS, and e-commerce. Some I bought. Many I passed on. A few I wished I’d passed on.
The Deal Room is the program I wish existed when I started. Not a passive course with pre-recorded videos. A small group of serious people working through real acquisition frameworks with someone who’s still actively closing deals.
This is a selective program. Here’s how to know.
Apply If You
- Have $50K+ in capital access (cash, SBA pre-qual, or investors) and want to buy within 12 months
- Run a business and want to grow through acquisition instead of just organic growth
- Have looked at deals before but weren’t sure how to evaluate them properly
- Want frameworks from a practitioner, not theory from a course creator
Skip If You
- Are looking for passive income shortcuts or “buy a business with no money down” schemes
- Want a self-paced video course. This is live, intensive, and requires showing up.
- Have no capital access and no realistic path to funding a deal in the next year
- Are already an experienced acquirer. This is designed for your first 1-3 deals, not your 10th.
From people who’ve worked with me
Dom walks the talk when it comes to acquisitions, he’s been living and breathing them for the better part of a decade.

I’ve done a few deals with Dom and Onfolio and they know what they’re talking about. Always a pleasure to work with.

FAQ
All sessions are recorded and shared within 24 hours. You’ll have lifetime access. That said, the live interaction is where most of the value happens. I strongly recommend attending live if you can.
The frameworks apply to any small business acquisition, but my examples and deal teardowns are from online and digital businesses: agencies, SaaS, content sites, e-commerce. If you’re buying a laundromat, the valuation principles transfer but the operational specifics won’t be as relevant.
Because I want to know everyone’s name and situation. If you bring a deal to office hours, I want to have the context to actually help. At 25, I can do that. At 100, it’s a webinar. I’d rather do fewer people well.
The founding cohort date will be confirmed once applications close. Apply now to secure your spot. I’ll email all accepted applicants with the start date and logistics.
If you attend the first session and it’s not what you expected, I’ll refund you in full. No questions, no hoops. After the first session, no refunds. The seat is limited and someone else could have had it.
