Rather than hiring generic titles, we are hiring for clear functional roles within a paid acquisition system. These roles are tightly connected, and in some cases, a single person may be capable of covering more than one.
This posting is intentionally structured to reflect how we actually work.
About Onfolio
Onfolio builds and operates digital businesses across education, wellness, and services. We focus on durable brands, clear value propositions, and execution-driven growth.
Paid acquisition is becoming a core capability across our portfolio, and we are investing in building the right team structure to support it.
Brands This Team Will Support

Onfolio agency and services brands, as applicable. - B2B Marketing Agency Group – a collective group of B2B agencies that help clients with SEO, GEO, web design, web development, brand development, strategy, and more.

- Summarize what has worked, what has failed, and what remains unknown
- Translate raw inputs into structured, skimmable briefs
Outputs
- Structured briefing documents
- Centralized context and reference libraries
- Clear source-of-truth inputs for execution roles
FUNCTIONAL ROLE: Copy & Creative Production (Asset Creation)
Purpose: Translate strategy and context into testable creative assets at volume.
Responsibilities
- Write ad copy aligned to approved hooks and personas
- Produce multiple variations per hook to enable testing
- Create creative assets that clearly express the intended message
- Iterate based on performance feedback, not personal preference
Outputs
- Ad copy variations per hook and persona

Purpose: Execute paid campaigns, test aggressively, and surface learning and performance signals quickly.
Responsibilities
- Launch and manage paid campaigns (Meta initial focus)

- Messaging must avoid “get-rich-quick” framing
- Ad promises must align clearly with course outcomes
Agency Group
- B2B agencies serving wide array of clients in B2B SaaS, healthcare, education, and more
- Clients are discerning buyers that value high quality execution over award-seeking fluff
- Messaging to deliver value, authority, and trust that our offerings are a fit
- Ads should inbound qualified leads seeking solutions in SEO, GEO, PPC, design, development, branding, and more
How to Apply
You may apply for one or more roles listed above.
Please include:
- Which role or roles you believe you are a fit for
- Relevant experience or examples of your work
- If applying for multiple roles, be explicit about how you cover each
We care more about clarity, execution, and learning ability than job titles.
We’re looking for a specialist who combines engineering skill with marketing analytics expertise. You’ll work directly inside multiple websites, funnels, and tools to fix legacy setups, remove data gaps, and build a clean, reliable tracking framework. The goal: accurate data teams can trust.
This is not a traditional analyst or pure developer role. You will own tracking and attribution across several sites and platforms — auditing events, repairing connections, implementing server-side tracking, validating accuracy, and ensuring consistent reporting.
CORE OUTCOMES
– Attribution Confidence: All pixels, tags, webhooks, server-side endpoints, and API connections are audited, repaired, and validated. Data becomes reliable and discrepancies are rare.
– Accurate Signal Flow: Key events (views, add-to-cart, purchases, upsells, rebills, refunds, affiliate actions) fire consistently without gaps or duplication.
– Server-Side Tracking: Implement Meta CAPI, GA4 Enhanced Conversions, and S2S endpoints using official tools whenever possible.
– Clean Architecture: Modern, minimal, maintainable tracking. Native integrations first; custom code only when necessary.
– Scalable Setup: New funnels and campaigns integrate smoothly into the established system.
– Documentation: Deliver a clear measurement model, event schema, and system map with developer-grade documentation.
– Proactive Detection: Spot data loss or anomalies early through monitoring and validation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Tracking Implementation
– Audit pixels, tags, events, scripts, and tracking tools across multiple sites.
– Fix broken, missing, or duplicate events (client or server-side).
– Rebuild event structures to support attribution needs.
– Work across Meta, Google, HYROS, Everflow, ClickFunnels, ThriveCart, Kit, GA4, GTM, etc.
– Implement server-side tracking using platform-native tools.
– Maintain clean event flows, schema consistency, and proper cross-domain/cookie behavior.
Data Reliability
– Ensure key events fire accurately across all tools.
– Validate reconciliation across attribution, analytics, ads, and checkout platforms.
– Troubleshoot issues using dev tools, tag managers, server logs, or platform connectors.
– Support teams with data requirements for new funnels or campaigns.
System Modernization
– Refactor outdated setups into stable architectures with minimal custom code.
– Remove redundant scripts and resolve conflicts.
– Document current state, changes, and final system behavior.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Technical
– Expert-level JavaScript, debugging, DOM events, and client/server data flow inspection.
– Strong troubleshooting and debugging ability.
– Experience with Meta CAPI, GA4, GTM (client & server), and multi-system attribution.
– Ability to refactor tracking code into modular, reusable patterns.
– Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, dev tools, and network inspection.
Analytics & Platform Knowledge
– Solid understanding of marketing attribution and reporting logic.
– Experience with HYROS, Everflow, or similar affiliate tracking systems.
– Familiar with cross-domain measurement, cookie behavior, and privacy-safe data handling.
WORKING STYLE
– Detail-oriented and disciplined with accuracy.
– Enjoys fixing messy setups and creating clean systems.
– Prefers native integrations over custom builds.
– Communicates clearly with technical and non-technical teammates.
ENGAGEMENT
Project-based with ongoing work. Phase 1: full audit + rebuild. Later phases: optimization, expansion, and new integrations.
SUMMARY
We’re a portfolio of agency brands under one umbrella (GEO/AI search visibility, growth marketing, web, brand/design). GEO is often the “door-opener,” but the role is to book qualified meetings for the agency—then hand off to senior experts (founders/strategists) to run discovery and close deals.
This is a high-output outbound role. If you like making calls, following a tight process, and stacking booked meetings every week, you’ll probably do well here.
====
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Make 80–100+ outbound dials/day (minimum expectation) to US-based prospects.
* Work from clear ICP guidance and move fast—no “analysis paralysis.”
* Use lists we provide (and/or build lists quickly using common outbound tools) and keep the pipeline moving.
* Run tight first-touch conversations:
* Confirm role + basic fit
* Identify the problem / trigger
* Position the right “entry” offer (often GEO/AISEO, but identify up-sells and cross selling opportunities when appropriate)
* Book the meeting with the appropriate expert (and move on)
* Log activity and outcomes in our CRM with clean notes (why qualified, what they care about, next steps).
* Coordinate handoffs with our internal team so meetings are prepared and productive.
====
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
(first 30-45 days)
* Ramp to 80–100+ dials/day quickly.
* Build a repeatable workflow that is not dependent on constant supervision.
* Consistently book qualified meetings with decision-makers at companies that match our ICP.
* Show strong judgment on what is and isn’t worth a meeting.
====
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
* 2+ years in outbound SDR / appointment-setting (services, agency, or B2B preferred).
* Phone-first confidence: clear, professional, US-grade spoken English (near-native).
* Proven ability to hit volume targets (dials/day) and keep activity consistent.
* Comfortable qualifying and booking, then handing off (not expected to be the closer).
* Familiarity with modern outbound tools and workflows (examples: Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, Close/HubSpot, enrichment tools, dialers).
* Strong follow-up discipline and note-taking.
====
NICE TO HAVE
* Experience selling into marketing leaders (VP Marketing, Demand Gen, Growth, Head of Marketing, etc.).
* Experience with SEO/GEO, AI search visibility, content performance, or agency services.
* Experience navigating gatekeepers and switch boards.
====
WHAT THIS ROLE IS
(and is not)
* This is: a high-output appointment-setting role, measured on activity + qualified meetings booked.
* Not: a “sales strategy” role, a research role, or a role where you spend days perfecting niches before calling.
* Not: a closer role for complex deals (you’ll hand off to the experts).
====
COMPENSATION
* Base pay + bonus per qualified meeting booked
* Bonuses scale with consistency and quality (meetings that show, fit ICP, and progress).
====
TIME ZONE / SCHEDULE
* Clients are primarily US-based. You must have meaningful overlap with US business hours (at least 4–6 hours/day overlap; more is better).
====
TO APPLY
Send:
* A short note on your outbound background (what you sold, to whom, and your metrics), and
* Your last 30–90 days of SDR performance (dials/day, connect rate, meetings booked, show rate), and
* A quick audio clip (30–60s) introducing yourself so we can assess phone presence.
